Harrison Assessments Behavioural Analytics

Harrison Assessments behavioural analytics is a world renowned behavioural assessment that measures 175 traits to determine an individual’s behavioural style, their likely job performance and suitability to an organisation's culture.

The assessment is based on two underlying theories: Enjoyment-Performance theory and the Paradox theory.

Enjoyment-Performance theory states that an individual will perform more effectively in a job if they enjoy the tasks required by that job, have interests that relate to the position, and have work environment preferences that correspond with the environment of the workplace.

Paradox theory extends the principle of psychological opposites to include complementary and paradoxical forces and applies it to specific traits. Together, these theories provide a comprehensive framework for understanding an individual’s behavioural style and how that influences organisational culture and job success.

We use Harrison Assessments extensively during recruitment, individual and team development, and in our organisational culture work.
