CULTURE CODE PROCESS

Step 2 - Co-Create to Align and Engage

Drawing on the outputs from Step 1 (Explore), in Step 2 (Co-create), we’ll unlock the collective wisdom of your people in two carefully designed workshops, firstly to gain alignment within the senior leadership team around what matters most and secondly, to co-create the culture code elements.

We use interesting, but proven techniques including Lego Serious play, narrative inquiry and design thinking to ensure the final culture code is deeply authentic to your organisation. And because everyone in your company has had a hand in building it, your culture code will be enthusiastically received by your leaders and employees.

+ Alignment Workshop

In this workshop, key leaders will reach a shared understanding of the culture today (based on the Explore outputs); and alignment around the purpose of the company and what matters most as they work together to lead the organisation in bringing the strategy to life and advancing the purpose.

Alignment Workshop

From the alignment workshop, you can expect:

  • A clearly articulated, inspiring purpose statement that provides focus in everything you do and every decision you make right across the organisation
  • A draft Shared Ambition statement to take into the Engage workshop
  • Draft Values to take into the Engage workshop
  • Insight into the leadership team's behaviours, how they are impacting the culture and how they influence how you work together and lead the organisation

+ Engage Workshop

In this workshop, involving all employees (or a representative set) including the leadership team, we will co-create the final “Culture Code”, giving everyone a shared understanding of what matters most, and a shared responsibility for bringing your strategy to life and advancing the organisation's purpose.

Engage Workshop

From the engage workshop, you can expect:

  • The finalised Culture Code, including all 4 elements (purpose, shared ambition, values and behaviours), ready to be energised
  • Your employees ready to enthusiastically embrace the new culture code
